Where I live, summer is either here or it’s waiting or is about to come or is getting ready.  As the seed of the acorn holds great oaks, so does winter hold summer. It’s summer’s acorn.

The compass may point the way, like a hungry heart, like desire that has no other motive than for you to follow.

The shape of the snow crystal determines avalanche. Same could be true for peace, love, gardening.  Eat some cookies and dream big.

the dream of a sacred place for wildlife is made reality here and there by those that work for their lands and waters, whether in small groups or large. We are too often woken by a reality too harsh to accept.
